You will be a more flexible role covering planned and unplanned absences across both sites. The service supports patients who require sexual health advise, support and treatment; also offers a full range of contraception.
The post holder will be: Enthusiastic, willing to learn, confident and with a helpful nature in what can often be a busy and varied role, with lots of complexities involved. Digital technology is at the heart of what we do in Locala Sexual Health, with constant changes and improvements, so ability to adapt and develop within this environment is essential. Attention to detail, being a team player and confidentiality are also key requirements.
As part of this team you will be responsible for registering patients and updating records on the relevant clinical electronic record (SystmOne) managing requests from other colleagues, answer a busy phone line, supporting our Admin Manager with ad-hoc tasks, such as ordering, raising purchase orders and other general administration duties, along with supporting our reporting requirements. Confidentiality is key to this role therefore discretion and privacy of all patients and their information must always be protected as identified in Locala policies.
No work experience is required as full training will be given along with a full induction plan, however, for those with experience within this type of role, previous working knowledge of SystmOne would be advantageous.
