Job Description

The office and lettings administrator will be responsible for admin support to the company directors and architectural team as well as all aspects of tenant and property management.

In addition to general office administrative duties for the architectural practice, you will be responsible for all communication with tenants, landlords and sub-contractors to ensure all tasks and issues are dealt with in a timely manner.

  • Welcoming visitors and providing hospitality
  • General administration tasks as and when required by Office Manager & Directors
  • Dealing with new tenant viewings, applications, and renewals
  • Dealing with repairs and maintenance issues, liaising with tenants, landlord and contractors
  • Undertaking all relevant property inspections. A company car is provided during work hours.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Exceptional customer service
  • General Administration experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong ability to work on your own initiative, priorities tasks and manage your workflow
  • IT literate (MS Office – particularly Outlook, Word, Excel & SharePoint)
  • Previous experience in property lettings and/or willingness to learn industry legislation
  • Enthusiasm to continuously develop your knowledge and abilities
  • Full UK driving license

Education:

  • GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

Experience:

  • Office: 1 year (required)

License/Certification:

  • Driving License (required)
