Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, friendly competent and cheerful person to join our team. We are a renewable energy company specializing in installing Biomass boilers, Air Source Heat Pumps and Photovoltaic Panels to help our customers reduce their carbon footprint. We have a position open for primarily an administration assistant, assisting the office manager in the day to day duties of managing the office and the installation team on the road.

Your duties will include:

  • Organizing and arranging sales surveys visits
  • Following up on customer leads
  • Drawing up Quotations and contracts for our customers
  • Organizing and arranging job installations for the installation team
  • Ordering equipment and materials for installations
  • Taking customer payments and providing excellent customer service
  • Organize and issue paperwork for installations
  • General office duties, liaising with customers, dealing with payments and suppliers
  • Knowledge of excel would be useful but not essential

This is a part time position, Monday to Friday with the option of flexible hours to be discussed

Hourly rate is negotiable depending on experience

  • 4 weeks pro Rota annual leave plus bank holidays
  • Full training will be provided for you
  • A full driving license is required
