Job Description
You will typically carry out duties including the following:
- Supporting the team to put together meeting packs, briefing papers, reports and issue them to agreed timelines;
- Arranging and organizing appointments, meetings, events and conferences, booking suitable venues, organizing resources, and booking any associated travel/accommodation requirements;
- Attend team meetings to take notes and actions and ensure that any agreed actions are followed up;
- To help to maintain effective electronic and manual filing systems;
- To prepare accurate travel and expense claims for the team in line with policies;
- To help the team to anticipate requirements, planning ahead to ensure that information is available, and meetings and work time planned in, to meet required deadlines;
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with team members, senior managers, line managers and colleagues across the business and with key stakeholders externally;
- Developing skills in dealing with all matters in an efficient, sensitive and reliable manner.
