The Quality Assurance and Improvement Team is part of the Safeguarding and Quality Assurance Service. The service’s vision and mission statement is focused on improving outcomes for children and we are looking for someone who wants to be part of this important work.
You will provide high quality administrative support related to the quality assurance programme. You will also work with colleagues in the Corporate Communications Team to support the effective delivery of internal and external communications related to the company, including with the children and families we work with, frontline practitioners, managers and elected Members, ensuring that all communication activities are systematic, dynamic and coordinated.
We are looking for a highly organized individual committed to working effectively to bring about positive change for children and families.
