Job Description

We are now seeking experienced customer service administrators to provide administrative and customer service support to a portfolio of courses. This will include supporting academic course teams, responding to student queries, providing information, managing course level communications, and maintaining accurate student records. Embedded into the heart of a designated portfolio of courses, these roles are both hands on and highly stimulating.

Joining this new function at its start, you will help contribute to the development of the service, whilst developing your own career path in a creative environment that welcomes your customer focused and relationship building skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We value the diversity of experience our staff bring with them. Whilst experience of working in a Higher Education setting will be helpful, we positively welcome front line customer service experience from across a range of sectors. Key to this role will be your effective written and oral communication skills, the ability to plan and prioritize work and achieve outcomes, and your collaborative approach.
