We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy exciting team. The role is Hybrid and you will be working 9-5 Monday to Friday.
Secretarial or administrative experience
Knowledge of databases, preferably Microsoft Access, Excel and Oracle;
Experience of working cooperatively and flexibly as part of a team in a busy office;
Experience of organizing, minuting and servicing meetings;
Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and use of the internet;
Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload and meet strict deadlines;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral;
Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively;
Ability to use own initiative and work independently;
Flexibility and adaptability to new circumstances and change;
