Job Description

We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy exciting team. The role is Hybrid and you will be working 9-5 Monday to Friday.

  • Secretarial or administrative experience
  • Knowledge of databases, preferably Microsoft Access, Excel and Oracle;
  • Experience of working cooperatively and flexibly as part of a team in a busy office;
  • Experience of organizing, minuting and servicing meetings;
  • Excellent organizational skills, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail;
  • Excellent IT skills including working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and use of the internet;
  • Ability to manage a heavy and varied workload and meet strict deadlines;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and oral;
  • Ability to deal with confidential information sensitively;
  • Ability to use own initiative and work independently;
  • Flexibility and adaptability to new circumstances and change;
