Working a variable Rota that runs Saturdays to Mondays from 7am to 8pm, you will be responsible for carrying out the daily administrative functions including day case/inpatient and theatre bookings as well as insurance authorizations. You will engage with; patients, consultants, referrers and external providers as well as staff members across all other departments within the wider trust to provide them with world class care customer service. An impeccable telephone and email manner and confidence in dealing with people at all levels are essential. You should be a team player, meticulous, detail oriented and enthusiastic with the ability to work in a challenging and changing environment.
You will have a working knowledge of Compucare, Cerner, CRIS, EDRM, IRRIS, EPR and Microsoft Office
