Job Description

You will act as the point of contact for the Computer Aided Facilities Management System, as well as running reports and processing support queries. You’ll process and raise requests. Other admin tasks include raising PO’s, team requests such as holiday and uniform requirements and supplier contract queries.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You have experience in a similar role, understanding the key duties
  • You have a passion for detail, with the ability to priorities
  • You are solutions focused with a desire to deliver a great service
  • You have good communication skills and Microsoft working knowledge
