Your role will involve providing top quality customer service to a range of organizations within the healthcare industries as the business provides staff to hospitals, GP surgeries and clinics – therefore you will ensure agency staff have all their documentation, timesheets and starter forms and have their queries answered.

The last person in this role progressed to Account Manager level in under 12 months – which means extra flexibility, salary and benefits! Even over a screen, you will receive one-to-one training sessions via Teams; they don’t want to throw anyone in at the deep end and want to ensure you are completely confident in your role before picking up the phone.
