Job Description
  • Provide excellent customer service as the first point of contact for all recruitment queries
  • To draft conditional offer letters and maintain contact with new recruits throughout the onboarding process
  • Carry out pre-employment checks, ensuring they are completed in a timely manner
  • Ensure all manual and computerized file management and administrative activities are completed efficiently.
  • To promote and support our vision and values

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Expert knowledge of Microsoft office suite of applications
  • Knowledge of recruitment administration processes
  • Previous experience in an administrative role
  • Able to work well under pressure
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to priorities a range of tasks effectively
