An great opportunity has arisen for a Document Control Administrator role within the Outsourcing team, who will also support administration within the General testing lab. The role will be based in Leigh. This is a permanent, full time role.
Key Activities
- Managing the mailbox and maintaining replies within set KPIs.
- Issuing quotations and tracking status to support the department.
- Create and distribute standard reports using specialist software
- Updating and managing invoice and accounting documents
- Support in typing reports for clients across departments.
- Updating quality reports for multiple clients.
- Accounts Payable support
