Job Description

You will play a key role in the commercial decisions around continued ambitious growth targets and be expected to liaise with senior Managers/Directors across all divisions advising both of current financial positions and budget forecasts.

You will lead a team of CIMA/ACCA qualified/studying management accountants/financial accounts assisting duties in line with your assessment of their individual skill sets. As the team grows/changes you will also have the opportunity to hire, train and develop others within your division which is predicted to increase by at least 2 heads over the next 12-18 months. As your experience grows within the business you will have the opportunity to play a key role in interesting projects around systems implementation and further acquisitions.
Ideally you will be CIMA/ACCA/ACA qualified with previous experience at Finance Manager/Financial Controller level. Consideration would be given to senior management accountant/financial accountants who are looking to make the first move towards management providing you can demonstrate excellent career achievements to date.
