Job Description

We're looking for a dynamic individual who is both comfortable in a fast-paced environment whilst staying organised and maintaining accuracy. The role will favour someone who is numerate and has a high attention to detail. It is also important that you can communicate easily and will always take responsibility when challenges arise.

Responsibilities include:

  • Communicating stock and product information with other areas of the business
  • Creating, running and analysing reports
  • 1st contact for incoming calls
  • Ordering product from suppliers, administering associated Purchase
  • Orders and ensuring deliveries happen as requested.
  • Booking hotel accommodation for construction workers.
  • Other general office admin duties.
  • Raising Purchase Orders to ensure our stock holding is at the optimum level
  • Working closely with our suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
  • Checking, signing and working through discrepancies on invoices
