We're looking for a dynamic individual who is both comfortable in a fast-paced environment whilst staying organised and maintaining accuracy. The role will favour someone who is numerate and has a high attention to detail. It is also important that you can communicate easily and will always take responsibility when challenges arise.
Responsibilities include:
Communicating stock and product information with other areas of the business
Creating, running and analysing reports
1st contact for incoming calls
Ordering product from suppliers, administering associated Purchase
Orders and ensuring deliveries happen as requested.
Booking hotel accommodation for construction workers.
Other general office admin duties.
Raising Purchase Orders to ensure our stock holding is at the optimum level
Working closely with our suppliers to ensure continuity of supply
Checking, signing and working through discrepancies on invoices
