Job Description
Working within the team, as Training Administrator you will be the first point of contact for any training requirements across contracts. The role will involve sourcing, booking and recording all training activities.
- Updating the training matrix on a weekly basis ensuring records are accurate.
- Accountable to ensure all company training is booked and delivered smoothly.
- Liaising with training providers to purchase excellent quality and good value training.
- Communicating with line managers and employees to agree on suitable training dates.
- Monitoring attendance and escalating continuous absences to line managers.
- Provide the Business Support Director a timeline and statics of training booked and delivered.
- Follow and support policies, procedures, initiatives and work instructions related to sustainability improvement and environmental compliance.
- All staff have a personal responsibility and accountability to company to ensure that their day to day activities adhere to the Sustainability Policy Statement and Plan and minimize the impact upon the environment.
- It is the responsibility of all staff to ensure that their day to day activities embrace sustainability and reduce the impact upon the environment by minimize waste and maximize recycling; saving energy; minimize water usage and report any electrical faults, water leakage or other environmental concerns to the facilities or line manager.
