Job Description
To be responsible for the implementation and delivery of a consistent and efficient facilities management administration service in support of a multi-site charity. Providing the administrative support for the facilities team through ensuring efficiency of facilities and maintenance systems, finance/purchasing needs, facilities reporting and record keeping.
You will include:
- Allocate and track maintenance requests in a CMS system
- Oversee the planned preventative maintenance programmes
- Administer job allocations for daily, cyclical, statutory and PPM schedules of work.
- Obtain comparative quotes, procure and order materials and supplies for work projects
- Undertake building area inspections
- Assist with maintaining the schedule of contracts and permits to work
- Assist with departmental budgeting and forecasting spend
HOURS OF WORK:
- The normal working week will be 32 hours, with the option to work either a four or five day week, Monday - Friday.
