They will be responsible for all administration surrounding the therapy department including, patient registration, billing, referral processing etc. They will work as part of a team of three to manage this.
The successful candidate will have regular contact with outpatients and therefore telephone and customer service skills are integral to the success of the role. The ideal candidate will have experience in a customer service environment using data input. Experience of healthcare is desirable.
