The Outreach Team at Imperial are responsible for delivering a wide range of exciting and inspiring activities for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. We are currently seeking an efficient administrator to support our innovative online Math outreach programmes.

Our Online Learning Project Administrator will work closely with the Math Online Project Lead to support over 400 students and over 50 teachers who are enrolled on our Math and Further Math A-level support programmes. You will be involved in all aspects of programme delivery including recruitment of students and teachers, event organization, administration of online mentoring and mentor pay, communication with participants, report writing, data collection and programme evaluation.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

We are looking for someone who is hard-working, willing to learn, detail orientated and a good communicator. You should have experience of working in Outreach or Widening Participation and experience of working in an administrative role. Previous involvement in online learning or a MOOC is beneficial, and a good understanding of the UK education system and safeguarding is essential. Higher or Further Education a numerate discipline or Math is also beneficial but not essential.
