Job Description

You will work closely with the Legacy and In Memory fundraiser and our finance team to manage a caseload of around 100 active files. You will be the first point of contact for those dealing with an estate – this may be solicitors, executors, friends or relatives of the deceased so excellent communication skills are essential along with the ability to deal with cases professionally and sensitively.


Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • You will have experience in a legal and/or charity legacy environment with a working knowledge of probate, trusts, tax and property-related issues around charitable legacy administration
  • A natural communicator with excellent interpersonal skills, confident and clear in both written and verbal communications.
  • You will have the ability to priorities urgent cases; work to deadlines and understand when higher authority is required on key decisions
  • You will possess a high level of accuracy and impeccable attention to detail; with a well-organized approach to administration and time management.
