Job Description

Company has an excellent opportunity for an organized, results orientated administrator to join us as part of our fast paced Sales team. You will need to demonstrate that you are able to manage a busy workload and that you can meet tight deadlines. Enjoying a high level of autonomy, you’ll ensure that our office services are run efficiently, and be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the Sales and Marketing director and wider Sales Management team.

Duties will be varied but include providing administrative support, inbox and diary management and making accurate judgment of time commitments to the Sales and Marketing director. Duties will also include writing letters, arranging meetings and issuing agendas, taking minutes at meetings, organizing team events including site meetings and cross departmental round table events, coordinating travel and accommodation requirements , and processing of payments and invoices when required.

You must be highly organized with excellent communication, administrative and numerical skills. A proficiency at Microsoft Teams, Microsoft Office Word and Excel is essential.
