To provide a seamless administration service to the Audiology Department, ensuring compliance with the our Policy and local KPI’s along providing excellent communication with patients, internal and external colleagues alike.
To provide reception duties for the Audiology department
To be the first point of contact for all Audiology patients
To input patient data on the Audiology IT system and to be familiar with PAS and other relevant databases
To liaise with the audiologists, informing them of their patient’s arrival
To prepare notes etc. for Audiology clinics
To undertake general administrative duties
To priorities referrals and allocate to clinic appointments ensuring compliance with the Trust Access Policy and local KPI’s
