Job Description

We are recruiting for a Screening Administrator to join our busy Screening team in London.

This is a full-time role working 37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday.

  • Providing a high quality administrative and secretarial service for the unit and Programme/Service Manager to ensure an efficient service
  • Dealing with telephone and direct enquiries in a prompt and effective manner, ensuring the provision of information and prioritization of queries as appropriate
  • Booking clinically validated appointments on the internal system
  • Utilizing relevant IT systems to support the delivery of a high-quality screening service
  • Ensuring patient and customer focus is central to the commercial success of the Business

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience in a similar patient facing, healthcare or administrative role
  • Good understanding of AAA Screening programme
  • Flexibility in working patterns to fulfil site requirements
  • Ability to priorities tasks whilst maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
  • Effective communication skills both on the phone and face to face
