My client are looking for a Payroll Assistant to join their team in Gloucester on a temporary ongoing basis.
This company are going through a period of change within the department and are looking for a Payroll Assistant to come in and support with the payroll function.
The payroll is outsourced to a firm and the successful candidate will be reporting and collaborating with the firm to ensure payroll is completed.
We are looking for candidates with sound knowledge of payroll to be able to assist effectively.
The company have their own bespoke systems.
We are looking for candidates with working knowledge of excel.
There will also could be the opportunity of a permanent contract for the right person.
Responsibilities
" Managing the payroll process prior to outsource.
" Act as the subject matter expert for payroll information onsite.
" Effective communication with external and internal stakeholders.
" Working collaboratively with the outsourced firm.
" To be a success in this role, candidates will need prior payroll experience
" Management of payroll reports and documentation whilst submitting these to the outsourced firm to process.
