Job Description

Working directly with the Course Directors at South Kensington, and other senior academic staff, you will primarily be responsible for the administration of postgraduate taught (PGT) activities. You will also provide backup administrative support for UG courses as required by the Education Office Manager. You will be responsible for approximately 85 PGT students based at South Kensington on 4 Masters Courses. You must be proactive in your approach to your duties and be able to work with minimum supervision.

The role is:

  • To be the primary contact for administrative queries and to provide administrative support on all processes relevant to postgraduate taught education on the South Kensington campus.
  • Work with Faculty Education staff, Registry staff, and Faculty Finance staff to implement policies and procedures already established.
  • To be aware of Registry administrative policies and assist in advising academic staff regarding College regulations.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Working knowledge of a range of computer-based procedures and software packages, including Microsoft Office (Work, Excel and Access), and Outlook.
  • Experience of regularly working with student record databases.
  • Evidence of understanding student systems and Registry procedures.
