Job Description

We want you to be part of an exceptional and diverse front of house team working in harmony to provide amazing hospitality to our guests. We set high standards for ourselves so that we can surprise and delight our customers and deliver a great experience.

You will work within the reception department, assisting with day to day Front Office operations, monitoring multiple email inboxes and providing prompt and friendly service to our guests. You will supervise the Front Desk, handling any guest situations with care (such as check in/out, guest queries, upsell) and have great communication skills.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

A people focused, team player, you are passionate about the hospitality industry and in particular Front Office operations. You will be are motivated to change and grow within Hyatt. You will have previous Front Office experience at supervisory level in a similar standard of Hotel, with Opera experience and a good level of computer skills.

You will operate with a genuine care for the well-being of guests and colleagues alike, you believe passionately in creating and supporting a caring environment that allows people to be their best.
