Job Description

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
 

This role will have full control of the Finance act.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Create monthly and annual reports to identify results, trends, and financial forecasts
  • Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company, such as payroll, invoicing, and other transactions
  • Oversee financial department employees, including financial assistants and accountants
  • Contract outside services for tax preparation, auditing, banking, investments, and other financial needs as necessary
  • Review financial data and prepare monthly and annual reports
  • Establish and maintain financial policies and procedures for the company
  • Understand and adhere to financial regulations and legislation.
  • Lead the finance team in line with agreed weekly priorities
  • Group Consolidated reporting delivered on time
  • Manage cash flow by tracking transactions and regularly reviewing internal reports
  • Motivate and lead finance team members by clarifying roles and providing helpful feedback
  • Collaborate with auditing services to ensure proper compliance with all regulations
  • Review all financial plans and budgets regularly to look for cost reduction opportunities
  • Examine all financial reports and data closely to check for discrepancies
  • Ensure monthly dire debit runs are collected on time
  • Support the implementation of new Financial processes
  • Create systems to prevent errors in data collection and calculations

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE
 

Our Client is looking for qualified and ambitious individuals with a broad CV. Experience of a PE environment would be very beneficial. 

Skills Required:

  • Qualified Accountant 
  • Experience of Microsoft tools including MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Share point
  • Strong verbal and written skills
  • Strong organisational skills
