You will be responsible for booking all business related travel and arranging necessary logistics. What will you be doing?
- Managing complex travel/meeting schedules, ensuring all travel adheres to the policy and arranging visa’s and licenses where necessary.
- Processing of all expenses in Concur within our guidelines and deadlines
- Working with the team and Marketing coordinator on all logistics of analyst marketing
- Managing and thorough understanding of team’s client/distributions lists and ensuring contacts, clients and interactions are accurately captured in the relevant systems
- Being the first point of contact for all systems frequently used by the team
- Working closely with the Business Management team and Compliance to help ensure that all team activities are undertaken in accordance with firm guidelines and
- Filtering through the correct channels for consultation and approval e.g. Gifts & Entertainment logging
- Ensuring all calls are answered in a professional manner & where possible are acted upon proactively
