Job Description

This is a busy Admin role with the chance to develop and grow the role as the business continues to go from strength to strength. Typical duties will include

  • Managing the Founders diaries
  • Booking in candidate and client interviews
  • Sending email confirmations on behalf of the Founders.
  • Formatting CVs
  • Report management
  • Ad-hoc administrative duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

To be successful, you will be upbeat, switched on, forward-thinking and confident. Ideally, some office experience would be preferred but strong MS skills and initiative is essential.

Essential requirements:

  • Strong academics.
  • Good use of initiative
  • Good Microsoft skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Outgoing personality
