Job Description

You will be working remotely from both home and in the office, responsible for effectively and efficiently managing all aspects of the team administration, during their market selling period.

  • Be sole owner of all order inputting processes, during the market period
  • Be responsible for the accuracy of all information processed
  • Complete large amounts of data entry
  • Input orders into Galaxy or SAP
  • Deal with high volumes of confidential information that require close attention to detail in fast-paced environment
  • Resolving queries from teams and third parties when necessary e.g. Order queries
  • Complete any other administrative tasks as required by the Wholesale and Franchise teams

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management
  • Display an ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
  • Positive and enthusiastic approach to problem solving
  • Meticulous attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and in writing
  • Ability to work and multi-task in a busy, fast paced team environment
  • Flexible and adaptable to the needs of the business
  • Previous administration experience
  • Previous experience with SAP and desirable
  • Excellent understanding of all programs on Microsoft Office
