Job Description
  • Assisting fee earners with administrative tasks
  • Setting up meeting rooms, maintaining appropriate levels of stock, and dealing with incoming/outgoing post
  • Running office administration and providing support to fee earners
  • Being in charge of document distribution, transference and processing
  • Aiding the facilities and reception team to ensure the smooth running of the firm
  • Ad hoc admin and secretarial duties

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experienced as an office assistant, or a similar role within a law firm (ideal not essential)
  • Confident, hardworking and passionate about helping others
  • Presentable and personable, a team player
  • Experienced within professional services (ideal, not essential)
  • Highly organized and have great attention to detail
  • Excellent in both written and verbal communication skills
  • Able to work independently and within a team
  • IT literate and proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel
