Job Description
You will be supporting our continued and ambitious growth plans and regions by team with the delivery of recruitment services across a diverse network of offices and service lines, by conducting the following key tasks;
- Posting job adverts, monitoring responses and corresponding with applicants
- Conducting candidate searches and contacting prospective candidates
- Arranging interviews and coordinating diaries with hiring managers
- Supporting on our annual trainee and apprenticeship programmes
- Liaising with recruitment agencies and passing on interview feedback
- Drafting offer letters and contracts of employment
- Updating trackers and keeping internal records
- Supporting the team with all general administrative duties
This role would suit someone looking to gain their first step into a recruitment based role. As well as the above you will ideally have some administrative experience, take a proactive approach and demonstrate an inquisitive nature and a willingness to learn.
