Job Description

You will play an important part in the HR department, acting as the first point of contact for staff queries and signposting them appropriately. We are therefore looking for someone who is driven, with great interpersonal and customer service skills. You will be involved in the full HR lifecycle, from publishing adverts, to collating and circulating applications and references, as well as making arrangements for visiting academics and generating correspondence for a range of people, both internal and external, so the ability to multi task in an organized way is a positive.

With relevant administrative experience, preferably gained in a HR function, you will be a confident communicator, with the ability to liaise effectively with a wide range of people at all levels of seniority. You will join us with good organizational skills and the ability to plan and priorities your workload to meet many conflicting deadlines. You will hold a high attention to detail to help ensure that the HR and payroll database and HR files are kept up to date.

The role holder will have 25 days holiday plus bank holidays as well as 3-4days off over Christmas. A generous pension scheme and family friendly policies.
