You will provide efficient, professional administrative support for the wide variety of activities that are part of the Careers Service. These will include taking the lead on the financial systems of the service, providing day to day administrative support, and assisting with the Graduate Outcomes survey data collection as part of the College’s statutory obligation to collect details of our graduates.
In addition, this post will also support the work of The Careers Service by assisting with reception duties, vacancy handling and updating. You will collaborate closely with other members of the team to ensure the delivery of a quality service to all users.
The Careers Service works to ensure Imperial College students maintain an edge in their employability and career planning by offering a wide range of services including one to one and group advice sessions.
Duties and responsibilities
You will have experience of working in an administrative area with a strong a background in financial systems. You must possess excellent communication and organization skills, have excellent attention to detail with a flexible approach to working with and supporting a small team.
