Job Description
  • Handling incoming calls at the reception desk and directing them to the correct person.
  • Responsible for accepting Courier deliveries and ensuring parcel gets to correct person.
  • Will control entry to yard and direct all collection vehicles to correct loading bay, notifying warehouse.
  • Completing data entry with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Creating Excel reports as required.
  • Providing refreshments for visitors and setting up meeting rooms.
  • PA & secretarial duties and any other administrative duties as required.
  • Assist the Sales team and work along with other departments of the company.
  • Any other administrative duties as required.

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Must have at least 3 years’ experience within a similar role.
  • Must be very organized
  • Must have an excellent telephone manner.
  • Must have excellent time keeping and attendance record.
  • Able to multitask.
  • Computer literate and excellent excel skills.
  • Work on own initiative.
