My client is an insurance firm looking for someone to support the Business Administration Manager with meetings, event management, diary management and general ad hoc duties.
To be successful for this position you will need to have proven administration/secretarial experience, be a confident and professional communicator able to liaise with people at all levels, have excellent attention to detail and be experienced using outlook and MS systems.
HOURS: 09:00am-5:00pm
