Job Description

My client is an insurance firm looking for someone to support the Business Administration Manager with meetings, event management, diary management and general ad hoc duties.
To be successful for this position you will need to have proven administration/secretarial experience, be a confident and professional communicator able to liaise with people at all levels, have excellent attention to detail and be experienced using outlook and MS systems.
HOURS: 09:00am-5:00pm

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Previous administration/secretarial experience
  • Confident and professional communicator able to liaise with people both written and verbally
  • Experience using Excel, Outlook and MS Systems
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Diary management skills
  • Able to work from home and attend virtual meetings
  • Be reliable, motivated and well presented
