Job Description
Hours: 5 days per week, 8.30 – 5.00
To provide a high quality administration service to the Firm and its fee earners.
- Transcription of digital dictation and copy work.
- Answering phone calls and directing phone calls to appropriate person or taking messages and producing appropriate file notes.
- Making appointments for clients either in person or by telephone and producing appropriate file notes.
- Filing correspondence and paperwork.
- Inputting information provided by fee earners onto the database as required
- Opening new files at the direction of the fee earner.
- Ensuring confidentiality of all matters dealt with.
- Maintain high professional standards, confidence and integrity.
- Reception cover when required.
- Such other tasks as the firm may from time to time require.
