Job Description
A highly successful and well-established Healthcare organization based in Bolton are seeking an experienced Reception Manager/ Administrator to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a new position, and is an integral part of the support team, working on a full time basis.
The purpose of the role is to contribute to the smooth day to day running of the businesses, please see below the key responsibilities within your role:
- Managing a small reception team, ensuring the staff are motivated and happy
- Meeting and greeting visitors, ensuring guests sign in and out and making them feel welcome
- Answering and directing any incoming phone calls
- Building management, including liaising with utilities and cleaning staff
- Ordering office/ building supplies such as stationary
- Maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
- Record maintenance
- General administration
