Job Description

We're searching for an efficient Wholesale Operations Coordinator with great accuracy & attention to detail to execute the end-to-end operational activities of the wholesale channel, ensuring that all business needs are met and that our customers and partners receive a first-class service and experience.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING?

  • Run and check allocations per customers, ensuring 100% fulfilment
  • Raise stock shortfall issues with merchandising team
  • Create, manage and update delivery schedules for customers/partners
  • Manage timely shipment of stock to customers
  • Manage customers PO's and agree extensions where required
  • Send delivery schedules weekly to partners and directly to key customers
  • Run weekly reports for your assigned territory detailing KPIs on delivery status
  • Support us on creating weekly invoice forecasts
  • Attend internal meetings relating to intake and stock
  • Allocate and manage in season orders
  • Liaise with Customers & DC on any special outbound requirements including booking in deliveries
  • Provide data enrichment to key customers
  • Onboarding new customers and ensuring timely set up with finance team
  • Upload and ensure accuracy of forward season sales orders
  • Implement end of season order changes (replacements, cancellations)
  • Send in accordance with business policy, order confirmations to customers/partners
  • Actioning returns ; providing authorization codes for DC receipt to ensuring credit worksheet is updated
  • Track returns to ensure these are processed in a timely manner
  • Set up line sheets/order templates for partners
  • Place our requirements for new customers and service demands in season
  • Support sales team during the sales campaigns

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Ideally 2-3 year’s experience in a multi-channel business that includes wholesale
  • Strong numerical capability, accurate with good attention to detail
  • Strong Excel and MS Office skills
  • Proven analytical and problem solving skills
  • Ability to proactively manage workload, prioritizing and delegating when necessary.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication essential
  • Strong team working skills, able to build positive cross-functional relationships
  • Lots of initiative and good decision-making skills
  • Candidate should be keen in progress their career in a growing company
