Job Description
We are looking for an experienced legal secretary to join an exciting and expanding national law firm, based in the Manchester office. The firm are looking for a hard-working, confident and experienced individual to work alongside an associate and two solicitors for 12 months.
Key duties and responsibilities:
- Audio typing and the transcribing of letters and reports as necessary
- General administration including paper and electronic filing and opening, maintaining, closing and archiving files
- Receiving telephone calls to the department, and making contact with clients and third parties as required
- Diary management for relevant fee earners and organizing travel and accommodation arrangements as required
- Assist with specialist activities such as marketing, business development, events etc. as appropriate
