Job Description
This position will allow you the opportunity to provide a high level of customer service to guests, occupants and contractors within the building ensuring the smooth running of the front reception space.
- Welcoming visitors and supporting all employee-facing services
- Conducting a variety of activities including (but are not limited to): reception/concierge duties, visitor registration, passes, parking and directions
- Answer telephone and email queries
- Operational management of contracts and contractors including the monitoring and administration of budgets and procurement systems when required
- Conduct health and safety checks
