You will act as the first point of contact in the building, and you will assist in the delivery of a broad range of front-line Reception services on a face to face basis and remotely via telephone, email, and an enquiry management system. This will include occasional cover of other service points, including the University.
You will have a good general education including GCSEs or equivalent in English and Mathematics and you will have good IT skills. You will be able to demonstrate your experience of dealing with customers in a fast-paced and pressurized environment and your commitment to providing a high standard of customer service. You will also be able to work effectively as part of a team and possess good interpersonal and communication skills.
