Your tasks will include acting as first point of call for enquiries to the Theatre, transferring of patient booking details to the Theatre diaries, ensuring Consultant requests are acted upon in a timely manner and record data such as KPI's and utilization. You will screen booking forms and ensure additional equipment is ordered when required. You will also be required to assist with relevant meetings and take minutes when required.
