The main purpose of this role is to be the first point of contact at the office and provide effective reception cover, and general finance and administration to support the effective functioning of the head office. You will handle the flow of visitors through the business and ensure that all receptionist responsibilities are completed accurately and delivered with high quality, professionalism, and in a timely manner.
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate good communication and interpersonal skills effectively face to face with a wide range of people, including service users, volunteers, public, staff and other agencies; all whilst being polite, and having a professional and friendly attitude. You will have experience of working in a busy office environment and on a switchboard, with strong minute taking and organizational skills, and the ability to work as an efficient and effective team member who is reliable in terms of timekeeping and attendance. You will also be able to priorities a wide range of tasks whilst working to deadlines, working flexibly, and adapting to changing workloads, demands, and new organization challenges.
