Job Description
  • Providing an accurate and reliable administration service.
  • Handling user enquiriesresolving card issues.
  • Liaising with our training providers who deliver the training that workers must attend in order to obtain a safety passport.
  • Extracting data from our online portal and database to deal with queries, ensure data accuracy, and provide reports.
  • Give clear information to customers, colleagues and others.

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • GCSEs at grade C or above including Math & English
  • IT literate and competent with Excel and databases e.g. a CRM system.
  • Some previous administration experience
  • You need to be well organized with close attention to detail, able to meet deadlines.
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Able to resolve fairly routine issues as they arise.
  • Eligible to live and work in the UK indefinitely.
