Job Description

The Part-Time clinical administrator is the first point of contact for all patients. This role involves dealing with reception duties, answering both telephone and email enquiries, organizing patient referrals into the service and the day-to-day administration needs of the clinic.

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Greet all patients and visitors to the clinic
  • Manage all enquiries and referrals to the service (telephone and email)
  • Booking patient appointments in with Sonographers and the Consultant
  • Work alongside the accounts team to manage patient accounts
  • Support the Managing Director and Clinic Coordinator with any additional administration tasks that may arise
  • Have up to date knowledge of the Care Quality Commission and ensure you are completing all audits and following guidance given
  • Update and maintain knowledge of all the services available

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Experience with patient/client registration and scheduling
  • Computer literate (Excel, Outlook, and Word)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent Customer care skills
