Job Description

We offers their business partners a chance to earn incentive holidays and attend exciting events both individually and as families and you would be joining a team who support this by organizing all aspects of these promotions. The role will be very busy and fast paced and requires a keen eye for detail and a willingness to go over and above. You will need to be a team player and open to learning or developing new skills.

What You'll Do?

  • Supporting the Event Managers with any Administration as required on a day to day basis
  • Data analysis and interpretation
  • Supplying data to 3rd Party business partners as well as the Events Director and Managers (Hotels, airlines etc.)
  • Researching holidays and flight/coach options
  • Contacting travel companies
  • Speaking to Partners
  • Creating info booklets containing holiday information
  • Attending Events
  • Onsite support for Partners (Airports, stations etc.)
  • Ad hoc duties as required

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
  • Good A levels or similar qualifications
  • Minimum +2 years in an office environment
  • Excel & word user essential
  • Hands-on approach with a readiness to be flexible
  • A pragmatic approach
  • Effective communication written and oral skills
  • An ability to work to strict deadlines
  • A team player
  • Ability to work with and manipulate large dataset and analyze it and interpret it.
  • A sense of camaraderie and good humor while under pressure
