Job Description

The role will be very busy and fast paced and requires a keen eye for detail and a willingness to go over and above. You will need to be a team player and open to learning or developing new skills.
What You'll Do?
- Supporting the Event Managers with any Administration as required on a day to day basis
- Data analysis and interpretation
- Supplying data to 3rd Party business partners as well as the Events Director and Managers (Hotels, airlines etc.)
- Researching holidays and flight/coach options
- Contacting travel companies
- Speaking to Partners
- Creating info booklets containing holiday information
- Attending Events
- Onsite support for Partners (Airports, stations etc.)
- Ad hoc duties as required
