You will be tasked with managing a subdivision of the business, giving value add business partnering to this division and providing them with financial analysis, insight, forecasting and reporting. Working closely with the Regional Director and their teams, you will be the crucial link between finance and the rest of the Senior Management team.
Your general tasks will include:
*Business partnering with the wider management team to provide financial support, information and insight
*Work to produce the budgeting and reforecasting process for the division for consolidation into the Group Strategic Plan
*Preparation of monthly management information, including Management Accounts, Group Management Trackers and balance sheet reconciliations
*Production and/or review of cashflow modelling and development/ acquisition appraisals; challenging assumptions and inputting strong financial assurance to the models to drive appropriate financials decisions
*Analysis/ prediction of year end valuation movements by having developed an accurate knowledge and understanding of the portfolio
*Assistance with funding applications/ ongoing fund facility management
*Monitoring of cost plans
*Various ad hoc/ project work and analysis
To do this role, excellent communication skills are an absolute must, as is a strong commercial acumen and set of analytical skills. You must want to work in an ever changing environment and feel comfortable working with senior management.
