You will support with a range of administrative tasks relating to the end-to-end recruitment process to ensure a seamless transition from offer to induction, ensuring that both candidates and the business receive an efficient and professional service. You will ensure compliance against agreed timeframes and processes relating to onboarding, and ensure we attract the best talent by providing an exceptional candidate experience.
You will also support with drafting and issuing offer documentation to successful candidates and liaise with internal teams such as the IT Service Department to ensure equipment is ordered promptly and delivered to new starters on time. You will assist with arranging Corporate Inductions, establishing a network of support for new joiners to enable them to quickly embed into their new roles.

Previous experience of end-to-end recruitment, administration within an HR function, and the confidence to develop and maintain key stakeholder relationships are essential for success in this role. You will possess excellent attention to detail and communication skills as well as being highly organized in order to priorities your workload effectively.
